1. Stamp Rosey Vase (K 019-LB) with black permanent ink on white glossy cardstock. 2. Color image using watercolors. 3. Layer on medium blue cardstock. 4. Layer on background cardstock made by blowing bubbles into mildly soapy water colored with blue and green food coloring. Lightly lay white cardstock on surface. As bubbles pop, a circle of color is left on the cardstock. 5. Adhere to center of blue card. |
