Place 2 tags together and stipple from the inside out using Radiant Pearls. Stamp image onto the two tags with black waterproof ink; color in the heart with red Radiant Pearls. Apply RP directly to the cattail image and stamp on each side of the frogs. Layer Print phrase directly onto one of the layers and mount under the tags. F070-AP Love Frogs |
