Stamp a background image to the front of a card.  Let dry.  Stamp image onto white card stock; paint image using Radiant Pearls; cut to size.  Punch corners using "Southwest" punch and string a decorative cord .  Take 3 colors of cardstock (matching colors you painted image with) and tear the bottom edge of each piece making sure they are in graduated sizes.  Mount image and torn layers to card, adding embellishments as wanted.
