Stipple tag using turquoise pigment ink.  Stamp butterfly image in gold all over the tag.  Ink up Suze's non-stick film with turquoise pigment ink.
Sprinkle UTEE onto it and heat; apply about 4 layers of UTEE.  When the last layer is liquid, stamp the unlinked butterfly image into the UTEE; let cool
and peel off the UTEE image.  String thin gold wire with beads; lay the UTEE image on top of the gold wire and glue it down.  Ad fibers to the top of the
tag and apply embellishments.
