| By the sea shrinkart…
Stamp both images with permanent black ink; once dry, color in lightly with chalks; shrink and mount to corrugated cardstock. Emboss phrase in red and tear around it; mount it to a piece of torn hand-made paper and mount to the corrugated paper also. Apply some jute rope as shown.
