| Cut and fold 71/2 inch white card. Cut light blue cardstock to fit onto card. Cut striped blue vellum to fit over blue card. Punch 2 holes in each corner through two layers and tie heavy thread into a bow in each corner. Tie same thread through holes in blue buttons and hot glue over bows. Mount using double stick tape. Stamp image with verse below once onto white cardstock using black pigment ink and clear powder. Watercolor. Cut corners with ‘corner cut scissors.’ Mount to card with foam tape.
