| 1. Stamp M 030 Bernard & Sailor Sam image with black
pigment ink. Emboss w/ black powder. Color w/chalk and blender pens.
2. Color balloon shadows w/markers & then fill w/crystal lacquer. 3. Glue fun flock on animal images. 4. Use cloud stencil, chalk & cotton ball to make clouds. Do same to make grass at bottom of image. 5. Layer on red cardstock. Adhere blue grommets to corners of cardstock. 6. Adhere to dark blue card. |
