Technique: Bubble background: mix a small amount of dish soap, reinker to desired shade, and water. Blow bubbles through a straw, and ‘catch’ them on the bottom side of a piece of matte cardstock.

Other: paper punchies, saying – computer (font – Elastic Wrath), 3M foam mounting tape under fin, large square punch, scrap piece of paper cut out for birthday hat, highlighted w/ Galaxy marker.
