Technique: stamp image w/ Versamark and emboss clear on dark cardstock, then sponge Brilliance Moonlight White ink over top and add highlights with a white gel pen or Galaxy marker. Smackin’ Acetate: using an acetate report folder (I use a page protector with 2 sides cut out), drop several drops of reinker. Spritz with water, close folder, reopen, and insert 2 pieces of cardstock back-to-back.
