Fold red cardstock in half. Stamp Noel image onto card- stock using Versa Mark pad. Pour heat and stick powder onto image, heat with heat tool until shiny. Do not over heat. Liberally apply gold leaf to adhesive, remove excess gold leaf with a medium stiff brush. Buff with a soft clothe. Twist Ribbon and glue using glue dots onto cardstock. Place one above and one below Noel.
