Align five of the slides together and tape. Center sixth slide on top and tape together with other slides. Lay stamp flat on stamping surface. Generously ink with Stazon inkpad. Place slides on top of stamp with tape side facing upward. Press each slide into stamp to get a smooth image. Lift slides off stamp, and remove the tape from slides. Stazon will take only a minute to dry. Lay slides onto working surface ink side down. You will paint the opposite side of image one slide at a time, Use one color at a time when working with paints, they will dry rapidly. Squeeze ink by droplets into paint pallet. Using small paintbrushes paint image. The paint is very thin, and you may need to pool paint onto the glass with the paintbrush. You can mix colors in the paint pallet. Some areas may need more that one coat of paint. Clean brushes and paint pallet in between each color, with a baby wipe or wet clothe. For sky drop ink directly onto glass and spread with paintbrush. I didn't paint snow with white, the white cardstock will fill in this color. All paint should be dry within 30 minutes. Tape slides together on Stazon ink side. Center and adhere slides to doublesided adhesive. Pull off protective backing and adhere slide to white cardstock. Using xacto knife and ruler trim off excess of adhesive and cardstock. Attach and center onto green card, Trim edges around slides with redline tape. Add glitter to redline tape. |
